Stephen Morris Ed.D is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles, including Chief Executive Officer of the Civic Education Center since July 2017, where the focus is on promoting civic values in public education. Stephen also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University and provides charter school consulting through Keys to Equip and Empower Learning, Inc. Previous roles include consulting and administrative positions at New Spirit Charter Academy, ACEL Fresno Charter High School, and leadership positions within Fresno and Central Unified School Districts. Stephen's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master’s degree in the same field, along with additional credentials in teaching and social work.
