Alejandra Garcia

Alejandra Garcia, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Alejandra began their career as an HR Assistant at Madera Community Hospital in 2005 and stayed in that role until 2007. In 2007, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a New Hire Coordinator, where they worked until 2008. Alejandra then joined Fresno Surgical Hospital in 2008 as a Human Resource Generalist. Over the years, they progressed within the organization, serving in roles such as HR Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and currently, as the Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2018.

Alejandra Garcia, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business- Human Resources Management from California State University, Fresno from 1999 to 2004. Before that, they received their High School Diploma from Dinuba High School, although the dates are not specified. Alejandra also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) which they obtained in January 2016 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
