Grant has spent the past 17 years in the media business, connecting audiences and content through data. He was most recently Head of Programming at AwesomenessTV, where he oversaw cross-platform content strategy, audience development, and channel operations. He came to AwesomenessTV as part of the Big Frame acquisition in 2014, where he was employee No. 1 and served as Head of Audience Development.
Previously, Grant was Director, Strategy & Finance at ArcLight Cinemas where he helped shape the rollout strategy for the high-end movie theater’s growth from a single location to a national chain. Before that, Grant was Manager, Business Development at Twentieth Century Fox Filmed Entertainment Group, where he helped drive the studios VOD initiative. Grant received his bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He lives on the outskirts of Los Angeles with his wife and two children; no dog yet, but rumors abound.
