Gisele Vieira

Gisele Vieira has extensive experience in sales and training within the insurance industry. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Excellence at FreteBras since July 2019, Gisele previously held roles at Minuto Seguros from August 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included training and developing over 800 new insurance consultants and contributing to system improvement projects. Prior to this, Gisele spent eight years at Potência Corretora de Seguros, initially working in sales before advancing to Supervisor Commercial, focusing on enhancing internal sales team productivity and expanding the client base. Gisele's career began at Porto Seguro as a Commercial Consultant from June 2001 to May 2005. Gisele holds a degree in Human Resources from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a degree in Insurance and Pension from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
