Clémence GAUDIN has had a varied career in logistics and customer success since 2012. Clémence began their career as a Logistics Intern at Groupe Roullier in 2012, followed by a Warehouse Assistant role at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in 2013. That same year, they also held a Logistics Intern role at Brose. In 2015, they became Transport Manager at PepsiCo, where they were responsible for the Out Of Home transport. In 2016, they held the role of Logistics Manager Northern Region at TOD'S, where they were responsible for the logistics of the press department and stores furniture. That same year, they also worked as a Chef de projet déploiement logistique at MARIE-LAURE PLV MERCHANDISING. In 2018, they joined Fretlink as a Customer Sucess and Responsable transport pôle Start - Nouveaux clients.

Clémence Gaudin obtained a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur from Lycée Hector Berlioz in Management des Unités Commerciale between 2008 and 2010. Clémence also obtained a Brevet National de Sécurité et de Sauvetage Aquatique and a Premier Secours en Equipe de niveau 1 from APPL in May 2009. In 2010, they began a Master's degree in International Logistics and Crisis Management from EM Normandie Business School, which they completed in 2014.
