Camila Mariano Dias De Bonis has a diverse background in marketing, ESG, and public relations. Camila began their career in 2002 as an intern at RPjr - Empresa Júnior de Relações Públicas. In 2003, they worked as an Auxiliar de Relações Públicas at Frigorífico Vangélio Mondelli Ltda. From 2006 to 2011, they were an Analista de Marketing PL at Marisa Lojas Varejistas Ltda, where they managed the direct marketing and endomarketing teams, as well as the Marisa card communication materials. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as a Coordenadora de Marketing e CRM at UOL, where they were responsible for the customer success team, strategic planning, customer segmentation, and product management. In 2019, they took part in an exchange program at ILAC. In 2020, they were an Especialista em Marketing and a Coordenador de Marketing at Repom S.A. Currently, they are the Head de Marketing e ESG at Freto.

Camila Mariano Dias De Bonis has a diverse educational background. Camila began their studies in 2002, earning a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho in 2005. In 2009, they completed a Segmentação de mercado por atitudes e estilo de vida from the ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2010, they earned an MBA in Marketing from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, as well as a Relacionamento e fidelização de clientes from the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2019, they completed two workshops from Garage Criativa: a Service Design Workshop and an Innovation Academy Bootcamp, both in the field of Tecnologia da Informação. In 2021, they enrolled in Digital House Brasil.
