Ricardo Morale

Ricardo Morale has been working in the IT industry since 1996. Ricardo began their career as an Analista de HelpDesk at SOLARIS MICROSOFT SOLUTION PROVIDER. In 1997, they moved to BFBiz | Business For Business as an Analista de Suporte. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at GRUPO VR, where they held the roles of Especialista de Infraestrutura de TI - Service Delivery and Coordenador de Infraestrutura Plataforma Intel. In 2014, they joined TIVIT as a Gerente de Projetos de Transição and Repom S.A. as a Diretor de TI, Gerente de TI - Gestão de Demanda, and Gerente de TI - Sustentação. Since 2021, they have been the CTO & CPO at Freto.

Ricardo Morale completed their MBA in Gestão de TI from FIAP between 2013 and 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Redes Avançadas em Telecomunicações from Universidade Radial between 2003 and 2006. Ricardo also completed their Ensino Médio Técnico em Processamento de Dados from Colégio Radial between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, Ricardo has obtained certifications in Cloud Computing Foundation, ISO/IEC 27002 - Information Security - ISFS, ITIL FOUNDATION, and ITSM - Service Management Based on ISO/IEC 20000 from EXIN between 2013 and 2014.
