Laura Butler

Laura Butler, MS-HRM, currently serves as the Regional HR Director for the Americas at Freudenberg Flow Technologies since October 2024. Prior to this role, Laura worked as the HR Director at FABco from June 2017 to September 2024. Laura's extensive experience at Baker Hughes spanned from January 2011 to May 2017, encompassing various HR managerial positions within Global Chemical and Industrial Services, Global Information Technology, and Global Supply Chain. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Recruiter and HR Staffing Coordinator at Invesco US from May 2005 to January 2011. Laura holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, along with an international education experience at Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.
