Business Development Manager-east Coast USA at Freudenberg Medical

Don Durand has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Don started their career at Universal Plastics Corporation, where they worked in customer service, cost analysis, and inside sales. Don then joined Pelican Products, Inc. as an inside sales/service coordinator, responsible for providing quotations and proposals and delivering engineering drawing specifications.

Durand later joined NuSil Technology LLC as a technical sales representative, where they focused on sales processes and building relationships with customers in the medical, industrial, photonics, and aerospace sectors. Don then moved on to Zhermack S.p.A., where they served as the Hi-Tech Silicones Business Unit Manager, representing the company's product lines in North America and positioning them in the US market.

Durand continued their career at Cohesive Sales Solutions, LLC as the VP of Sales and Operations, where they developed cohesive partnerships with distributors and customers, increasing sales in the industrial, aerospace, and medical device industries. Don then joined MRPC as the Northeast Territory Account Manager, responsible for sales and service activities in the medical device industry.

Durand's next role was at MedPlast Inc., where they served as the Director of Business Development for the East Coast, promoting sales and service activities for silicone and plastics injection molding services in the healthcare/medical device industry. Don also worked at SIMTEC Silicone Parts, LLC as the VP of Sales & Business Development for the healthcare/medical devices sector.

Lastly, Durand joined Freudenberg Medical as the Business Development Manager for the East Coast USA, responsible for meeting sales targets and developing strategies for growth in silicone and plastics injection molding, assembly, and contract packaging for the healthcare industry.

Throughout their career, Durand has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, customer relationships, and technical knowledge in silicone and plastics injection molding. Don is a retired Master Sergeant and veteran of the US Air Force Reserve, having served as a Group Career Assistance Advisor and Q.A.-Aircraft Inspector.

Don Durand attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Aerospace Maintenance and Quality Assurance. Their field of study focused on Aerospace Maintenance, Repair & Engineering.
