Josué Armando González Nájera has a diverse work experience. Josué Armando started their professional journey in 2016 as a Data Analyst at Performance Excellence Solutions PXS, where they focused on time studies development and continuous improvement methodology application. Josué Armando later joined St. Jude Medical as a Student Worker, where they applied Six Sigma principles to improve manufacturing processes.

In 2017, Josué transitioned to SMC Ltd as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they were responsible for equipment and manufacturing process validation. Josué Armando also utilized CAD design to enhance various manufacturing and automated processes.

Josué then joined Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2018 as a Statistics Teacher, where they taught statistical concepts to students until 2022.

Currently, Josué works at Freudenberg Medical as a Sr. Project and Manufacturing Engineer, a role they have held since September 2020. Recently, they have transitioned to the position of Sr. NPI Molding Program Manager, where they focus on overseeing the development and implementation of new molding programs.

Throughout their career, Josué has demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, process improvement, and project management.

Josué Armando González Nájera completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Project Management from ULACIT in the year 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, which they completed between 2012 and 2017.
