Paula Guillen

Paula Guillen has a comprehensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Paula currently serves as a Supply Chain Manager at Freudenberg Medical since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at Baxter International Inc. from March 2020 to July 2021. Paula also held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Tegra Medical from May 2014 to March 2020. Paula served as a Regional Operations Manager at Meditek Services S.A. from October 2013 to May 2014 and as a Logistics Manager at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from January 2013 to September 2013. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Vention Medical, Inc. from July 2005 to October 2012. Paula gained experience as a Planning & Procurement Responsible at Bticino from August 2004 to July 2005 and as a Materials & Logistics Supervisor at Inamed from February 2000 to August 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Production Planner / Scheduler at Precision Concepts Group LLC from May 1998 to June 1999 and as a Quality Assurance Engineer/Graduation Project Student at Panduit from July 1997 to April 1998.

Paula Guillen received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica in the period of 1993 to 1998. Later on, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica, which they completed between 2002 and 2004.
