Ravina Mahajan

Ravina Mahajan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ravina is currently working as a Quality Engineer II at Freudenberg Medical, where they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Edwards Lifesciences as an Engineer II, Quality from January 2022 to March 2023. Before that, Ravina worked as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Creganna Medical from April 2021 to February 2022. Ravina also has experience as a Process Validation Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific from June 2020 to April 2021.

In addition to their roles in the medical industry, Ravina worked as an Industrial (Continuous Improvement)/Validation Consultant at Dynamic Consulting Group from June 2020 to September 2020. Ravina collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and problem solving using Lean manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma, and various quality management systems.

Earlier in their career, Ravina served as a Continuous Improvement Professional Academic Project at UPS from January 2019 to April 2019, focusing on improving packaging processes. Ravina also worked as an Industrial Engineer at Bharat Electronics from February 2017 to February 2018 and as a Process Engineer at HLL LIFECARE LIMITED from April 2016 to February 2017.

Ravina Mahajan completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial and Production Engineering from B. V. Bhoomaraddi College of Engg. & Tech., Hubli, from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Ravina completed the Critical Control Points (CCP) Excellence Program from NSF International in October 2021. In October 2020, they obtained the Agile Portfolio and Program Management (ICP-PPM) certification from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Ravina also completed the A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement certification from LinkedIn in September 2020. In May 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional 35 essential PDU certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they completed the Operational Excellence Foundations certification from LinkedIn in March 2020. In December 2019, they earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSC) certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). Lastly, they obtained the CATIA V5 certification from RV TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in February 2018.
