Timothy's role involved traveling to various locations as a consultant, developing equipment layouts for processing plants, and designing custom machines for the food processing industry. In 1993, they joined Crane Molding & Mfr. of Plastics as a Tooling Designer, where they designed and developed 3D models and drawings for plastic injection molds and aluminum die-cast molds. Timothy also worked closely with customers to create mold-friendly products and used precision tools for reverse engineering.

From 1997 to 2000, Timothy worked at Midd-West Tool & Engineering as a Senior Tooling Designer and CNC Programmer. Their responsibilities included designing 3D models and drawings for parts and tooling used in the plastic injection mold and aluminum die-cast mold industry. Timothy collaborated closely with customers and utilized precision tools for reverse engineering.

Between 2000 and 2003, Timothy served as a Senior Designer at Tuthill Transport Technologies, creating parts, assemblies, and detail drawings for use in the transportation industry, particularly in semi-trailer and truck suspensions. Timothy focused on designing manufacturing-friendly components using Geometric Tolerance Standards.

From 2003 to 2004, Timothy worked at Desenco as a Senior Tooling Designer, specializing in designing 3D models and 2D drawings for parts and tooling in the molded rubber industry. Timothy also handled the backup role of a CNC programmer and machinist.

In 2004, Timothy joined Goodyear (Spherion Corporation) as a Technical Specialist, assisting in verifying the manufacturing practicality of tooling designs and managing projects. Timothy collaborated with local and overseas tooling shops to facilitate changes.
