Connie Sandros

Connie Sandros has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Connie currently holds the position of Vice President HR Americas at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, where they are responsible for leading the Human Resources function. Prior to this, Connie served as the Vice President of Learning and Engagement at the same company. Connie has also held roles such as Director of People & Organization Development and Global Talent and Organization Development Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. Before joining Freudenberg, Connie worked as a Team Development Manager at FREUDENBERG NOK. Connie has also served as a Corporate Training Expert at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. Connie's earlier work experience includes roles such as Adult Learning Supervisor at the Unemployed Help Centre of Windsor Inc. and Elementary and Secondary School Teacher at Académie Ste. Cecile International School. Connie also worked as a Boarding School Supervisor at Académie Ste. Cecile, where they implemented various educational programs and managed curriculum planning and activities.

Connie Sandros obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor between 1997 and 2001. In 2003 and 2004, they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Primary Education from the same institution. Later, from 2014 to 2015, Connie earned a Master's certificate in Human Resources Management/Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. In 2017, they completed a LEAN Expert Certificate program in Administration at FNST Global LEAN training.
