Luisa Frommhold

Luisa Frommhold is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Divisional HR Director at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since October 2017, Luisa has progressed through roles including HR Manager and Junior Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes a position at IBM Deutschland GmbH as part of the Master@IBM program, focusing on human resources for the Aviation Industry Services, from October 2015 to September 2017. Luisa started a career in human resources during the Integrated Degree Program in International Business at Boehringer Ingelheim, spanning from September 2012 to September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
