Nick Fahim

Nick Fahim is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing engineering management. Currently serving as the Lead Center Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since December 2024, Nick previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at GKN Automotive. Notably, during a long tenure at ZF Group from 2004 to 2024, Nick led a team responsible for a $100 million manufacturing operation, successfully navigating multiple mergers and expansions, including a significant $17 million plant expansion and the development of a new $70 million facility for electronic brake systems. Additional experience includes roles as Industrial Engineering Manager at Veoneer-Nissin Brake Systems and various engineering positions at Nissin Brake Ohio Inc. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo.
