Sthembiso Nodayinge

Sthembiso Nodayinge is an experienced Management Accountant at Frey’s Food Brands, where contributions span various roles including Bill of Materials Administrator, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Materials Controller, Production Controller, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Quality Controller since April 2011. Responsibilities have included managing Bill of Materials in an ERP system, analyzing production processes for quality improvements, maintaining raw material traceability, conducting self-audits for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and ensuring quality control functions are met. Prior experience includes teaching at KZN Department of Education from August 2008 to March 2011. Sthembiso holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and has completed various short courses related to Cost and Management Accounting, Food Safety, and First Line Management Skills.
