Ana McClellan

Ana McClellan is a seasoned food science professional with extensive experience in product development and technical applications within the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Ingredient Specialist at Nestlé Purina North America since June 2024, Ana previously held the position of Senior Product Development Scientist at Frick's Quality Meats, focusing on new product development and cost savings through reformulations. Ana's background includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, where research concentrated on food processing and safety of poultry products. Additionally, experiences at Filamentos Industriales S.A. and Panificadora Bimbo del Peru S.A. involved product development, quality management, and implementation of HACCP systems. Ana holds a Master of Science in Food Science & Technology from Texas A&M University and multiple degrees from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, including a Professional Engineering Degree in Food Industries.
