Jessica Hubert

Jessica Hubert is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Friday Harbour Resort since December 2016, where responsibilities include developing the company’s people strategy, HR policies, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott, where Jessica contributed to the resort's strategic team managing a significant workforce. At Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Jessica focused on enhancing employee experience and leading various HR initiatives, including health and safety programs. Jessica’s journey began at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where a series of progressive roles provided extensive HR experience. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and has additional education from Lambton College.
