Rahul Saigal

Rahul Saigal has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Rahul is the Founder and CEO/Independent Consultant of Friday & Theo, a creative outfit specializing in behavior change through communication. Rahul has worked as an independent consultant or through their organization with non-profits such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Care.

Rahul has also served as the Director and Partner at Sparkt India, a digital-first agency working with clients like P&G and Mahindra. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director - Govt and Public Sector Practice at WPP, leading the company's relationship with the government in India.

Rahul has held leadership positions in Geometry Global Encompass, where they were the Group COO and played a key role in strengthening the government practice. Rahul also served as the President of Geometry Global/OgilvyAction, leading the India business and working with clients such as Hindustan Unilever and Vodafone.

Earlier in their career, Rahul worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Regional Corporate Brand Manager for Asia-Pac. Rahul also gained pre-MBA work experience at TBWA, Ogilvy, and Schoolnet.

Rahul Saigal completed their education in a chronological manner. Rahul started their academic journey by attending Bombay Scottish School from 1982 to 1993 and obtained their ICSE degree. Following this, they enrolled at RA Podar College of Commerce & Economics and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree, graduating in 1998. That same year, they attended the Asian College of Journalism and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Print Journalism, finishing in 1999. Lastly, Rahul Saigal attended the Asian Institute of Management in Manila from 2002 to 2004, where they completed their MBA degree.
