Thomas Cowen

Thomas Cowen has over 30 years of work experience in a variety of industries. Thomas started their career as an Electronic Technician with Machine Vision Products in 1986 and ended it in 2017 as an Engineering Technician with FridgeWize Inc. In between those two jobs, they were a Self-Employed Solar Power System Designer and Installer, an Electronic Technician with Nuera Communications Inc., a WindCorps Worker with Rope Partner Inc., a Solar Installer with Barts Electric, and a Project Manager with Ameriss Lighting. Thomas also owned their own business, KC SunWorks LLC, where they were a Solar Electric Power System Designer and Installer, offered energy and sustainability consultation, and provided handyman services.

Thomas Cowen has obtained Certificates in Photovoltaics, Solar Hot Water, and Wind Power from Evergreen Institute in 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Digital and Computer Electronics from Southwestern Community College between 1983 and 1985.
