Currently, Jim operates SHAUB Small Business M&A, Financial & Consulting, providing services for small business owners related to M&A, exit planning, and strategic growth. Jim also serves as a knowledgeable intermediary for business sales at TN Business Brokers Group, LLC. In addition, Jim has expertise in commercial and investment real estate through Fridrich and Clark Realty, LLC. Previously, Jim held roles in healthcare financing at Physicians Financial Partners, health care management at Shearwater Health, and was a founding board member of Pinnacle Financial Partners. Jim's entrepreneurial experience includes 16 years as President of SEW, LLC, increasing store count significantly before selling the business. Jim's career began as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer at Bank of America, and educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
