Chad Cook

Chad Cook has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chad currently holds a position as the Director of Platforms & Integration at The Friedkin Group since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in the same department from October 2019 to August 2021.

Before joining The Friedkin Group, Chad served as the Director of Information Technology at Etix from an undisclosed start date to 2019. In this role, they oversaw all IT aspects of Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise applications and business architecture, managing a $1,500,000 annual budget. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, forecasting, and the development and execution of M&A IT and Operations consolidation efforts. Additionally, they managed and tracked the enterprise application roadmap, including core platform enhancements and platform migration.

Prior to Etix, Chad held various positions at ExtremeTix from undisclosed start dates to 2017. Chad served as the Director of Information Technology, Manager of Information Technology, and Senior Application Developer.

Chad began their career at IBM in 2000 as an Application Developer. Chad gained extensive experience in application lifecycle development, including requirements gathering, design, coding, and testing. Chad also had client-facing responsibilities such as project management, customer consulting, education, and user acceptance testing. During their time at IBM, Chad made significant contributions to the company's profitability by identifying and implementing solutions that increased brand profitability by approximately $180,000,000 per year.

Chad Cook has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fort Lewis College. Chad also has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Sam Houston State University.
