Denise Guerra

Denise Guerra, CCP has a range of work experience in compensation and human resources roles. Denise started their career as a Recruiter at Allegis Group - Aerotek Division in 2001 and then worked as an HR Representative at Cardtronics in a contract position. Denise then moved on to Litton Loan Servicing as a Compensation Analyst I, where they gained experience in residential mortgage loans and loan servicing. In 2006, they joined Memorial Hermann Healthcare System as a Compensation Analyst II. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Westlake Chemical as a Compensation Analyst II. Denise then returned to The Friedkin Group, where they had previously worked in 2009, as a Senior Compensation Analyst. Denise later became a Compensation Manager at TMK IPSCO from 2015 to 2016. Most recently, Denise served as the Compensation & Retirement Benefits Manager at The Friedkin Group since February 2016.

Denise Guerra earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business in the year 2000. Denise'smajor was Human Resource Management. In addition, they are currently working towards becoming a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork. Denise also holds the certification of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork.
