Pamela Bell

Pamela Bell is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leadership recruitment. Currently serving as Principal Talent Acquisition Advisor at The Friedkin Group since November 2021, Pamela leads the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition plans while collaborating with senior management to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Pamela held various positions at Robert Half from April 2017 to November 2021, including Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor and Assistant Vice President for Finance and Accounting. Pamela's earlier career included roles at Sewell Automotive Companies from January 2012 to April 2017 as Finance Manager and Sales Associate, among others. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Texas Tech University.
