Jason Speiss

Jason Speiss has a diverse background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Most recently, they served as the Director of Restaurant Operations for Friedman Properties / The Good Plate Hospitality Group starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Representative at NCR Corporation from November 2020 to May 2021. Jason also held positions at TriMark USA as a Regional Accounts specialist from November 2019 to July 2020, as the General Manager at MACHINE: ENGiNEERED DiNiNG & DRiNK from November 2018 to June 2019, and as the General Manager at FIG & OLIVE from December 2017 to May 2018. Jason's earlier experiences include serving as the Area General Manager at Really Nice Restaurants from December 2005 to December 2017 and as a Manager at Metrotainment Cafes from May 2003 to November 2005.

Jason Speiss attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree Cum Laude in History and Public Policy Management.
