Marcus Real has gained valuable experience in product engineering and design throughout their career. Marcus has worked for Friedrich Air Conditioning as a Product Engineering Manager, overseeing multiple product lines and leading cost optimization projects. Prior to that, Marcus worked as a Design Engineer at Goodman Manufacturing, where Marcus successfully led redesign projects and implemented cost improvements. As a Sustainability Engineering Intern at Acelity and an Outdoor Residential Systems Engineering Co-op at Trane, Marcus gained experience in designing and testing components for improved reliability.
