Courtney Watson

Courtney Watson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Lead Learning Guide at friEdTechnology since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the Conroe Independent School District from 2008 to 2021, first as an Instructional Technologist and then as a Campus Instructional Tech & Teacher. At the school district, they effectively integrated technology into the curriculum, collaborated with team members on data analysis, and developed a student club focused on technology advancement. Courtney also had a stint as a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Lake Conroe from 2016 to 2017. Courtney'searly career as a Teacher was with the Beaumont Independent School District from 2002 to 2008.

Courtney Watson received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Texas at Brownsville from 2008 to 2009.
