Oleg Skvortsov

Oleg Skvortsov has a diverse range of work experience in software development.

Starting in 2001, they worked as a Junior Developer at Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute, where they assisted in developing tools and flows for educational software and intranet website. Oleg also designed and created educational software using Delphi.

In 2004, Oleg joined the car manufacturing company JSC "Altayvagon" as a Software Developer. Here, they created software for departments and equipment using Delphi and Perl. Oleg also developed report forms and interfaces for complex information systems using the internal language FCom. Additionally, they engineered and developed software for merging databases using Delphi and Transact-SQL.

Here, they helped the company eliminate the need for purchasing software by engineering and implementing a proprietary web system for customers using Perl, JavaScript, JQuery, and MySQL. Oleg also integrated the customer relationship management system with banking software and trained users to work with the developed software.

Oleg Skvortsov obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from Kemerovo State Academy between 1998 and 2001. Oleg then enrolled in Kemerovo Engineering College from 1994 to 1998, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Technical Maintenance and Programming of Computer Equipment and Hardware in the Coal-Mining Industry.
