Briana has over 17 years of experience in various human resources roles. Briana is currently the Director of Human Resources at Friendly's Restaurants, where they are responsible for implementing policies, processes, and initiatives to support the organization's HR compliance and strategy needs. Briana collaborates with senior leadership to align staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this, Briana served as the Director of Human Resources at Ferrandino & Son, Inc., where they developed strategic HR strategies and provided guidance to management teams. Briana has also held positions at Health Care Partners, Proginet Corporation, Barnes & Noble, and Kenneth Cole Productions.

Briana completed their MBA in Human Resources & Management from Adelphi University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development from Binghamton University from 2001 to 2005.
