Jennifer Depner

Jennifer E. Depner, CPTD, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished operations and finance professional with extensive experience in non-profit and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Finance at Friends of the Children NY, Jennifer has previously held significant leadership roles at Movement.org, where responsibilities included managing HR, IT, finance, and operations functions. Jennifer's expertise extends to advising executives, optimizing operational efficiencies, and enhancing employee experiences. A strong background in community support and program development is evident from earlier roles, complemented by a diverse educational foundation, including a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Alliance University.
