Robert McGee

Executive Director, Facilities & Maintenance at Friendship Retirement Community

Rob McGee is an experienced executive in facilities and maintenance management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Facilities and Maintenance at Friendship Retirement Community since December 2013. Previously, Rob held multiple roles at Darden Restaurants / RARE Hospitality from 2005 to 2013, including Construction Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing new restaurant construction projects on a national scale. Prior to that, Rob spent a decade at Deerfield Construction Company, advancing from Field Superintendent to VP of Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as General Field Superintendent at R.E.D. Construction Company and founding Pro-Design, Inc., where Rob oversaw construction management for various projects.
