Rebecca Johnson MS, CASP

Rebecca Johnson has over 30 years of experience in various human resources roles. Rebecca began their career at Walt Disney World as a Coordinator in the Disney University from 1973 to 1985. Rebecca then worked as a Director of Human Resources at Jewish Hospital Healthcare Services from 1985 to 1987. Rebecca continued their career as a Director of Human Resources at Norton Healthcare from 1987 to 1990, and then transitioned to Vice-President of Human Resources at Owensboro Medical Health System from 1990 to 1993. Rebecca later joined Sherman Hospital as the Director of HR/OD/QI from 1993 to 2002. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Vice-President of Human Resources/Quality Improvement at Friendship Senior Options since 2003.
