Vasileios Stergiou

Vasileios Stergiou began their work experience as an Accountant at ATEMKE ATE from September 1989 to June 1991. Vasileios then worked as an External Auditor at EY from July 1991 to June 1994, where they conducted audits for multinational companies and was involved in merger-acquisition assignments. From July 1994 to June 1995, Stergiou served as a Financial Controller at Boehringer Ingelheim. Starting in March 1997, they worked as a Business Consultant at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, conducting due diligence, merger-acquisition, and valuation projects. Finally, Stergiou joined Frigoglass Group in June 1998 as the Head of Finance, where they provided sound financial advice to top management, determined the ideal legal and tax structure for the group, and prepared consolidated financial statements.

Vasileios Stergiou earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business from 1982 to 1987, and a Master's Degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne from 2006 to 2007.
