Inka Suhonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Momentous Oy since January 2020, Inka has led the Talentous team, focusing on customer cooperation, team action, and enhancing both customer and candidate experiences, resulting in improved business outcomes. Inka also holds a position at Friisberg & Partners International, contributing to executive search efforts globally. Prior to this, Inka was a Training Manager at FCG Finnish Consulting Group, overseeing healthcare training initiatives and engaging in B2B sales and project management. Inka began a career in healthcare as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in the City of Helsinki.
