Shanthi Rajaram

Shanthi Rajaram serves as the Founder and CEO of Amazech Solutions since April 2007 and is also the Owner and Partner of Jananam Enterprises, a holding company co-founded in March 2024, which focuses on managing diverse franchise businesses and achieving significant portfolio growth. In January 2020, Shanthi joined Tech Titans, holding multiple roles including Advisory Board Member, Vice President of Marketing, and Chair of the Tech Titans Awards Gala. Additionally, Shanthi is a board member for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the University of North Texas' Advanced Environmental Research Institute. Previous leadership positions include President of the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women and Vice Chair of the LiftFund - Women Business Center's Advisory Board. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerala.
