Alicia Searcy

Alicia Searcy is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the fashion and accessibility sectors. Currently serving as an Accessibility Advisor and Marketing Council member at Frist Art Museum since February 2022, Alicia promotes handicapped accessibility for art exhibitions. As the Executive Director of Fashion is for Every Body since 2016, Alicia oversees administration, programs, and strategic planning while also engaging in fundraising and community outreach. Additionally, as a co-founder and co-producer of the On the Runway Inclusive Fashion Show, Alicia advocates for body positivity and inclusion in the fashion industry. Since 2012, Alicia has been Nashville's disabled fashion blogger, sharing insights on style and raising awareness for disability acceptance. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from Broward Community College.
