Emma Campbell-Smith

Emma Campbell-Smith has extensive experience in organizational development and change management, currently serving as the Manager of Organisational Development and previously as the Manager of Program Policy & Change Management and Change Manager at Fire and Rescue NSW since February 2014. Prior to this role, Emma worked as an Associate and Analyst at Third Horizon Consulting Partners from August 2012 to February 2014. Emma holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the Faculty of Science, achieved between 2008 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from UNSW, completed from 2002 to 2008.
