Luke Barbagallo is a seasoned professional specializing in community preparedness and resilience, currently serving as a Senior Program Strategy Officer at the NSW Reconstruction Authority since September 2024. Luke's experience includes roles as an Acting Manager and Project Officer focused on recovery operations. Luke also holds a position as a Retained Firefighter with Fire and Rescue NSW since August 2021. Previously, Luke worked as a Community Resilience & Recovery Coordinator for the City of Coffs Harbour and as a Community Resilience Officer at Bellingen Shire Council.
