Betriebs GmbH from September 2005 to August 2020, managing mobile teams that provided therapy, support, and counseling in collaborating early childhood education centers. Additionally, Vera-Maria has contributed as a lecturer at wir für pänz e.V. and Hochschule Fresenius, specializing in inclusive childcare and childhood illness, and led a project on attachment development in young foster children at Universität zu Köln from 2008 to 2010. Vera-Maria holds a Diplom in Psychology and Special Education from University of Cologne and a certification in Systemic Counseling and Therapy from Ausbildungsinstitut Neues Lernen.
