Niina Moisio

Niina Moisio has a diverse work experience in various industries. Niina worked at Froda as an AML Manager, where they were responsible for developing the 1st line of defense, including transaction monitoring and risk management processes. Niina also developed policy documents and procedures for the AML department and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this, they worked as an AML Analyst at Froda, where they conducted transaction monitoring and investigations of PEP, sanctions, and suspicious activity reporting. Niina also analyzed AML/CTF risks and developed internal risk assessments. At Froda, they initially started as a Finance Associate, contributing to the company's mission of challenging the traditional banking industry by offering data-driven and digital financial products for small businesses.

Additionally, Niina worked as a Junior Research Analyst at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services, where they conducted corporate governance analyses of Nordic companies and drafted proxy voting recommendations for annual general meetings. Before that, they held leadership roles at SSHV - Studentföreningen vid Svenska Handelshögskolan i Vasa r.f. and Ekonomföreningen Niord rf. Niina also gained customer service experience as a Customer Advisor at Handelsbanken Suomi.

Niina Moisio has a diverse education history. Niina first attended Jakobstads gymnasium from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Finnish Matriculation Exam. Later on, they pursued further studies at Hanken School of Economics between 2015 and 2019. During this time, Niina earned a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with a specialization in Commercial Law. In 2018, they had an exchange period at KEDGE Business School. In 2021, Niina enrolled in Lingoda to study French Language and Literature. Currently, they are attending deb. for an unspecified degree or field of study, starting in 2022.
