Brooke Halbach

Brooke Halbach is a skilled pharmacy professional currently serving as the Manager of Home Infusion Services at Froedtert Health since August 2021. Prior experience includes a residency at UW Health where Brooke completed PGY1/PGY2 in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership, along with roles as a pharmacy intern and technician at multiple institutions including Ascension and Walgreens. Brooke began building a foundation in health and safety as a lifeguard and swim instructor at Brillion Community Center and American Red Cross and has demonstrated leadership and academic excellence, holding a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration. A Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry was earned from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
