Erika Smith PharmD, FACHE, FASHP, has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership and care transformation, currently serving as Enterprise Transformation Senior Principal and Lead for Care Transformation at Froedtert Health. Prior roles include Enterprise Director for Care Coordination and Redesign and Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy & Care Redesign at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.
