Erin Banaszak

Erin Banaszak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare education and technology. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Froedtert Health since December 2021, Erin also holds the title of Principal Epic Trainer for Providers, specializing in ambulatory, inpatient, and surgical roles, and is a Subject Matter Expert in Dragon Speech Recognition software. Prior to this role, Erin worked at Froedtert Hospital for over 15 years, starting as a Lead Technologist and later becoming a Senior Systems Education Coordinator. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Adult Continuing Education from Carroll University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis.
