Jason Bjelkengren

Jason Bjelkengren currently serves as the Director of Transplant Operations at Froedtert Health since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jason was the Director of Inpatient Nursing at MultiCare Health System from May 2021 to June 2023 and held the position of Associate Director for Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiac Transplant & Mechanical Circulatory Support at the University of Washington Medical Center from August 2015 to May 2021. Jason’s career began at Sisters of Providence Health System, where the role of Mechanical Heart Coordinator was held from August 1999 to December 2015. Additionally, Jason worked as a contractor for The VAD Consulting Group from February 2013 to February 2015. Jason Bjelkengren earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, from 1994 to 1997, and previously studied Pre Nursing at the University of Arizona from 1992 to 1993.
