John Konicek

John Konicek, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources management. Currently serving as Executive Director of Total Rewards at Froedtert Health since June 2016, John oversees various HR functions including benefits, compensation, and wellness for an organization comprising over 11,200 employees. Previously, John held similar leadership positions at Cone Health System and other healthcare organizations where significant accomplishments included coordinating HR service mergers, centralizing HR operations, and managing a substantial benefits budget. Educationally, John holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Lamar University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Viterbo University.
