Kara Waggoner

Kara Waggoner currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Froedtert Health, a role held since June 2018, following a tenure as Director of Operations. Prior to this, Kara spent nearly four years at Brookdale as Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management and Director of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Between 2009 and 2014, multiple managerial roles were held at Froedtert Hospital, including Manager of Cancer Center Revenue Cycle and Administrative Fellow. Kara's healthcare career began with an Administrative Intern position at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics after completing studies in Healthcare Administration (MHA) at the University of Iowa. Earlier, Kara earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and worked as an Environmental Health Specialist for the State of Wisconsin.
