Kate Woods

Kate Woods, MS, CCRC, currently serves as the Transplant Data Coordinator at Froedtert Health, a position held since October 2025. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at the Medical College of Wisconsin, including Business Analyst IV and Data Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing data collection methods and managing PowerBI dashboards for a significant NIH grant. As Co-Owner of X-Ray Arcade from July 2018 to January 2022, Kate promoted access to live music within the community. Prior experience also includes serving as Clinical Research Coordinator III at the Medical College of Wisconsin, focusing on pediatric critical care research, and working as an Outpatient Lab Assistant at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Early career experience involved a research assistantship in the Laboratory for Affective Neuroscience, studying emotional stress and memory function. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Translational Research from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
