Leanna Hester

Leanna Hester joined Froedtert Health as vice president of IT clinical strategy in May 2022.

Leanna is a health care leader with a clinical background working as a RN. She has broad experience in IT and operational settings, leading teams and executing large projects. Her knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle and population health workflows, along with cross-client experiences allows her to anticipate areas of opportunity, risk and change management. Leanna has many years of Epic consulting experience with her tenure at Nordic consulting where she supported many Epic optimization strategies for multiple clients along with clinical nursing experience in an academic setting.

Leanna spent the last 15 years working with large health care organizations to build strategy, improve processes and drive outcomes. Most recently, Leanna served as vice president of advisory services at Curation Health. In that position, she developed the advisory division within Curation Health, using a client-centered approach to build successful value-based care strategies for clients. She led the team to deliver leading practices and design strategies to propel performance. Leanna excels at building relationships and fosters open communication within teams along with motivating them to deliver value.
