Mark Silva

Mark Silva, PMP, CSSGB, currently serves as the Strategic Planning Project Manager at Froedtert Health, overseeing business development, strategic research, and compliance projects while leading multidisciplinary teams. Previous experience includes managing the COVID-19 Vaccine Program as Administrative Manager at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services and completing a Global Social Impact Fellowship with MovingWorlds Institute. Mark has held key positions in public health response, including leading COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites for the City of Milwaukee Health Department and coordinating disaster response for the American Red Cross. Additional roles involved program coordination and health services at Diverse & Resilient and La Causa, Inc. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Norbert College.
